The Mayor of Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, Councillor Don Navarro officially opened Phase Three of Camp Hill's regeneration, calling it 'something to be proud of'. Two show homes and a state of the art marketing suite were unveiled along with the news that the first purchasers would be taking up residence at the end of the month. Located on Queen Elizabeth Road, the development comprises more than 800 homes to be built over the next ten years. It is the penultimate phase in Camp Hill's regeneration, marking a major milestone in the transformation of the area.
